I, too, saw these last summer and bookmarked the recipe. I tend to make a slightly different version of these each time (and we sometimes have these a few times a week), because the recipe still isn't perfect for me yet. One thing we enjoy in ours is a little bit of grated onion. If you happen not to have an onion, a few dashes of onion powder works too.
