Mmm, mmm, Marsala

    Back to the food, it looks absolutely amazing! Come to my house so we can make it and eat it together because I still can not convince my husband that mushrooms are not the devil. :)

  3. Would this turn out ok if I just used extra chicken stock instead of the marsala wine? Thanks!

  4. Krista, I don't think this would taste bad with extra chicken stock, but it would be missing the special flavor that makes it Marsala. Marsala definitely has a unique taste and adds a lot to the dish. But again, it would not taste bad with out it just wouldn't be exactly the same dish. Good luck!
